Thousands of people whose houses have been submerged due to floods are stranded 2022 in Pakistan

Thousands of people whose houses have been submerged due to floods are stranded. They face hunger and disease. Thousands of flood victims are sitting on the motorway, roads, bands, and streets without proper tents, and roofs under the open sky. They are living a life of starvation and diseases are spreading among their children.

Food and water are not available even in the government schools where the government has built camps for the flood victims.
Yesterday, one of my friends met the Deputy Commissioner, where the Deputy Commissioner told us that we, who are registered camps, are unable to send two-time meals to the flood victims. We Can only send a one-time meals after 3 PM. Because lunch and dinner will also come in it. Only one meal in 24 hours.
There are flood-affected families with many children who are in dire need of milk but it is not included in the diet.
Sindh Flood 2022

Due to the heat and mosquitoes there at night, people are getting sick, for which treatment is not being thought of.
Schools and those that are college camps have poor latrines with a lot of sanitation issues.
In Shahdadkot Boys College, which is a registered camp for flood victims, there are a total of 490 people. We received their complaint yesterday that they have not been provided with food and water for a couple of days.
This situation is very dire. When there is no food and drinking water in a government-registered camp in the middle of the city, it means how much food will reach the people sitting on the highway/motorway and on various link roads.
Yesterday morning the ring bell on the door of my house rang. When I opened the door there were three children standing there. They said we need help. I asked them where do you live. They said we are here living in Primary Main school. I asked these children the name of their fathers. They said that our father's name is Nazir Magsi who is a flood victim in the school. When I told the children that today I will come to your school and see everything with my own eyes, they left. After a while, I followed these children to find out if these children came to beg or if their problem was real! After a while, I saw that the children were going straight to their school. They were not extending their hands to ask for help by knocking on a house. This meant that they were genuinely trying to get help.

Kamber Shahdadkot Flood Situation

Now the state of the government is it is only trying to bless their people a little and gain political scores. But those who have come to our city or are sitting on the roads and streets are only at the mercy of Allah and the government. But the situation of the government is that they are collecting funds but the funds are not being delivered to the people.
